Tipster Ray – Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

These terms explain the rules for using Tipster Ray. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Tipster Ray, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher, to use Tipster Ray.

3. Tips are opinions, not advice

Tips, predictions and odds in the app are our opinions, provided for information and entertainment only. They are not financial or betting advice, and we make no promise about any outcome.

Odds shown may differ from those offered by bookmakers and can change at any time. Past results do not guarantee future results.

4. Responsible gambling

Tipster Ray is not a bookmaker and does not accept bets. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a third party, at your own risk.

Only bet what you can afford to lose.
Never chase losses.
Take a break if betting stops being fun.

If gambling is causing you harm, seek help from a support service in your country.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Use a valid email address, and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has access to your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Copy, resell or redistribute the tips or other app content for commercial purposes without permission.
Try to access accounts, data or admin features that are not yours.
Interfere with the app, its servers or other users.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Tipster Ray running smoothly but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tipster Ray and its operators are not liable for any losses, including betting losses, that result from using the app or relying on its content.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing rayhuston78@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Tipster Ray collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run your account:

Your email address, used to sign you in and to send account emails such as the confirmation link.
Your password, which is stored by our authentication provider in hashed form. We never see it.
Basic account details, such as when your account was created and whether it has admin access.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts or payment details.

2. How we use it

To create your account and keep you signed in.
To show you the daily tips and past results.
To contact you about your account, for example to confirm your email.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Data stored on your device

To open quickly and work with a weak connection, the app keeps your sign-in session and a copy of recent games on your device. This is cleared when you sign out.

4. Service providers

Accounts and game data are hosted by Supabase, which processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. Data may be stored on servers outside your country.

5. Analytics and tracking

Tipster Ray does not use analytics, advertising identifiers or third-party tracking.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When an account is deleted, its profile is removed with it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or delete your account entirely, by emailing rayhuston78@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to the database is restricted so each user can only read their own profile. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

Tipster Ray is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
